What is the CRB Workforce candidate referral program?
CRB Workforce pays $1,000 to anyone who refers a tech candidate that gets successfully placed by CRB. The referral bonus is paid 90 days after the candidate's start date, once placement fees have been received.
Who can refer a candidate to CRB Workforce?
Anyone can refer a candidate — colleagues, former coworkers, friends in the industry, LinkedIn connections, or anyone else you know who is a qualified tech professional. Recruitment agencies are not eligible to participate.
How much do I earn for a candidate referral?
You earn $1,000 per successfully placed candidate. There is no cap on the number of candidates you can refer — each placement earns a separate $1,000 bonus.
When do I receive my referral payment?
CRB Workforce sends your $1,000 by check or ACH within 10 business days of the 90-day anniversary of your referral's start date. You'll receive a confirmation email when your referral is accepted into the program.
What happens if someone else refers the same candidate?
The first referral submitted (based on timestamp) takes priority. If someone else refers the same candidate before your submission, you would not be eligible for that particular bonus. There's no way to know in advance if a candidate has already been referred.
What types of tech professionals can I refer?
CRB Workforce places software engineers, DevOps engineers, data engineers, product managers, engineering managers, and digital marketing professionals. The referral program applies to any candidate who fits CRB's placement specializations.
