Must Have Skills:
- At least five years working within digital, performance, or growth-focused marketing roles.
- A track record of designing and running profitable paid advertising initiatives, with solid command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and direct-response techniques.
- Hands-on capability constructing or revising landing pages and lead-capture funnels.
- Skill in crafting ad messaging, creative directions, and simple static ad visuals.
- Proven ability to steer several marketing projects simultaneously from idea through delivery.
- A firm grasp of conversion measurement, analytics, and ongoing campaign refinement.
Responsibilities:
- Spot ways to strengthen current campaigns while creating fresh approaches to generate qualified prospects, and build out landing pages, forms, and conversion funnels.
- Shape campaign offers, advertising concepts, and tailored messaging for distinct audiences across the client's verticals.
- Partner closely with the paid media specialist to launch, oversee, test, and fine-tune campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
- Write persuasive ad copy for paid social, search, and landing pages, and produce static ads using tools like Photoshop, Figma, or AI-based resources.
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, and on-camera talent to plan and carry out shoots, while continually producing new creative variations for testing.
- Track performance metrics such as conversion rates and cost per qualified lead, maintain conversion tracking across platforms, build reporting systems, and leverage CRM and automation tools like GoHighLevel, Zapier, or Make to enhance lead routing and follow-up.
