Must Have Skills:
- Extensive background across data analytics, business intelligence, insights generation, product strategy, or a comparable discipline.
- A track record of spearheading data-focused efforts or shaping how products and business strategy are developed.
- Familiarity with what AI can do and how it can be applied practically within analytics, product creation, or day-to-day business operations.
- Proven ability to convert business objectives into product ideas, defined requirements, and workable plans.
- Comfort collaborating closely with technical groups such as data scientists, AI practitioners, and engineers.
- Strong capabilities in analysis, strategic reasoning, communication, and managing relationships with stakeholders; prior work in a company building innovative data- or AI-powered products is a major plus.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and elevate data insights efforts, converting intricate datasets into recommendations the business can act on.
- Spot ways to apply AI, sophisticated analytics, and new technologies to enhance operations and bring new products to life.
- Work alongside product, analytics, technology, and business partners to shape product possibilities and set strategic direction.
- Turn business problems and customer requirements into well-defined product ideas, specifications, and development timelines.
- Team up with AI and engineering groups to steer solutions from early concept all the way to delivery.
- Foster an innovative mindset by moving past standard reporting toward insights that are predictive, actionable, and tied to real value, while assessing new tools and market trends to uncover competitive advantages and sharing findings that link technical capabilities to measurable results.
