Must Have Skills:
- Between two and four years of hands-on experience overseeing and maintaining the Salesforce platform
- A current Salesforce Administrator credential is mandatory, with the Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification viewed favorably
- Solid command of the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong troubleshooting instincts paired with the composure to perform under demanding conditions
- Comfortable operating in a rapidly changing, high-energy setting
- Skilled at collaborating productively with people from a wide range of backgrounds
Responsibilities:
- Oversee core administrative tasks including controlling user access, assigning roles, and configuring permissions across the org
- Review existing business processes and propose enhancements that boost operational efficiency
- Deliver responsive, professional end-user assistance by triaging and closing out IT support tickets, and lead training that increases platform adoption
- Build and sustain reporting and dashboards, and keep solution documentation and standard operating procedures current
- Carry out routine data hygiene and cleanup, manage the full user lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, and run bulk data updates using Data Loader
- Gather requirements, align stakeholders, and turn business needs into scalable solutions, then handle QA test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing, and manage deployment through validation, change management, and post-launch support—drawing on familiarity with Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flow automations
