Salary: Compensation package with a guaranteed base for the first two years; previous associates in this territory have earned $200K+ OTE. Final package depends on candidate experience.

Must Have Skills:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or a closely related discipline
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-management abilities
- Driven, self-starting mindset with a competitive desire to hit and surpass targets
- Capable of working autonomously while also thriving within a team-oriented environment
- Resilient and adaptable with the ability to excel in a high-tempo, results-focused setting
- Current driver's license and dependable personal transportation are required
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow an assigned sales territory by managing an established book of business while actively pursuing new accounts
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with business owners and key decision-makers to generate new revenue opportunities
- Lead client consultations to uncover operational challenges and recommend tailored technology solutions spanning office equipment, software platforms, managed IT services, and cybersecurity offerings
- Nurture long-term client partnerships through consistent follow-up, communication, and exceptional service
- Track all sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly quotas and key performance benchmarks
