Must Have Skills:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a comparable finance partnering capacity
- Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and constructing detailed financial models, including ROI analyses and business case development
- Track record of communicating financial insights to non-financial audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced proficiency in Excel as a primary working tool, along with hands-on experience using Workday General Ledger or a comparable ERP platform
- Foundational accounting knowledge including month-end close processes, cash flow forecasting, P&L analysis, and journal entry preparation
- A naturally inquisitive and self-driven mindset with demonstrated experience uncovering gaps in business financials and recommending actionable improvements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic finance advisor to operational leaders, helping them enhance profitability and overall business performance
- Create and maintain budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models that support data-driven decision-making
- Evaluate margins, workforce utilization, capacity planning, and key performance indicators across the business
- Develop compelling ROI analyses and business justifications for new initiatives, technology investments, and process improvements
- Deliver clear financial presentations and strategic recommendations to stakeholders outside of finance
- Assist with monthly close activities, journal entry posting, and cash forecasting while proactively surfacing risks, cost reduction opportunities, and revenue growth levers
