Must Have Skills:
- At least 6 years of hands-on full stack development experience within production-level environments
- Proven ability to build complete, modern web applications from front to back
- Must currently integrate AI-powered development tools into everyday engineering work — not just experimenting, but actively leveraging platforms such as Claude, Claude Code, Codex, or comparable AI-assisted coding environments
- Strong command of Node.js and TypeScript in professional settings
- Solid grasp of contemporary testing methodologies using frameworks like Playwright or equivalent tools
- Comfortable thriving in dynamic, product-driven teams where priorities and requirements shift frequently
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and modernization of key product experiences as part of a large-scale platform transformation effort for our client
- Operate as an AI-augmented engineer, prioritizing system-level thinking, architectural design, and efficient problem-solving over manual, line-by-line coding
- Support ongoing work on the current platform while helping establish the groundwork for the next-generation product
- Participate in daily team syncs and collaborative sessions during core working hours (9:00 AM – 3:30 PM CT)
- Deliver high-quality outcomes rapidly and cleanly by leveraging AI-first engineering workflows throughout the development lifecycle
- Work within the team's technology ecosystem including Node.js, TypeScript, GitHub, Postman, and Playwright
