About the Role: This executive leadership role oversees a large, multi-division service organization, driving operational performance, team development, and customer satisfaction. The VP of Service leads a distributed team across multiple locations, balancing strategic leadership with operational execution.
Most Important:
Strong career progression and tenure with demonstrated growth
5+ years of experience leading large service organizations
Proven leadership experience building, scaling, and developing high-performing teams
Experience managing P&L, operational costs, and workforce planning
Ability to implement processes that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Strong experience driving KPI adoption and performance accountability
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
Industry experience in copier/printer service is a strong plus
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a multi-division service organization across multiple locations and teams
Develop and mentor service managers, supervisors, and technical staff
Build organizational bench strength and succession planning strategies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Oversee P&L performance, cost management, and service delivery metrics
Establish and refine processes, procedures, and service standards
Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and performance improvements
Champion a customer-first culture across the service organization
Partner closely with sales leadership on account growth and retention strategies
Participate in executive-level strategic planning and decision-making
Lead organizational change initiatives and communicate vision effectively
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners
