Most Important:
High level of experience writing clear, concise, analytical documentation
Quick learning and adaptability to new processes and tools.
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, wikis, and LucidChart (or other flow diagramming applications).
Familiarity with XRay (preferred but not required).
Experience in higher education would be a big plus!
Description:
Develop detailed use cases to serve as inputs for automated testing.
Review and analyze existing documentation, including business process flow charts, requirements documentation, and backlogs with acceptance criteria.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, ensuring alignment with business goals and project requirements.
Create clear, concise, and analytical documentation to support project needs.
