Must have skills:
10+ years of project management experience
5+ years in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
Proven success in product implementations and managing multiple large-scale projects
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Project, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Expertise in technical deployments, system implementations, and data management/reporting
Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, clinical trial methodology, CRO partnerships, EDC systems (Medidata, Rave), or biostatistical visualizations
Experience driving process efficiencies and quality improvements within a PMO
Preferred skills:
Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or an analytical discipline
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Responsibilities:
Oversee delivery of a next-generation data integration and analytics cloud solutions platform.
Develop project roadmaps and timelines for solution integration, custom reporting, data mapping, and Clinical Data Repository (CDR)
Create and maintain detailed project documentation
Manage client expectations, approvals, and communication on scoped deliverables
Balance and reconcile project budgets
Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and issue escalation
Realign resources in response to scope changes and proactively mitigate risks
Foster strong, long-term client relationships
Drive elluminate® adoption and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope
