Must have skills:

  • 10+ years of project management experience 
  • 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
  • Proven success in product implementations and managing multiple large-scale projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Project, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Expertise in technical deployments, system implementations, and data management/reporting
  • Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, clinical trial methodology, CRO partnerships, EDC systems (Medidata, Rave), or biostatistical visualizations
  • Experience driving process efficiencies and quality improvements within a PMO

Preferred skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or an analytical discipline
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee delivery of a next-generation data integration and analytics cloud solutions platform.
  • Develop project roadmaps and timelines for solution integration, custom reporting, data mapping, and Clinical Data Repository (CDR)
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation
  • Manage client expectations, approvals, and communication on scoped deliverables
  • Balance and reconcile project budgets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and issue escalation
  • Realign resources in response to scope changes and proactively mitigate risks
  • Foster strong, long-term client relationships
  • Drive elluminate® adoption and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope
