Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite) Salary: $69,300 – $93,600 Benefits: Full benefits Type: Full Time, Direct Hire
Most Important:
3+ years experience in Inventory Controls (not just general inventory management)
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables required)
Familiarity with inventory/ERP systems (AMOS, ITsynch, SAP, or similar)
Qualifications:
Proven experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes (CAPA)
Track record of process improvement and change management initiatives (past 3 years)
Proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint
Comfortable handling varying data sources and levels of accuracy/confidence
Degree in relevant field (Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline preferred)
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vessel inventory teams
Provide guidance on inventory policy adherence and compliance
Analyze inventory data and performance across multiple vessels
Drive benchmarking and continuous improvement initiatives
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvements
Partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, and Operations
Utilize systems such as AMOS, ITsynch (AMA / SIM / iInspector), Power BI, and Excel
Support audit readiness and ensure accuracy of inventory control metrics and KPIs
