Location: Orlando, FL or Long Island, NY or Fulton, MD (on-site)
Salary: $22 – $28/hr (depending on experience)

Entry-level or early-career techs
Strong work ethic and motivation to grow
Willingness to do physical work (racking gear, lifting equipment, etc.)
Familiar with terminal emulators, basic configuration pushes, OS upgrades, and troubleshooting
Comfortable working in a hands-on, staging environment
Personality and attitude matter most – the team can teach technical skills
Eager to learn and grow into more technical roles over time
Bonus: Certifications in Cisco, HP, Microsoft, or AWS
Able to work on-site in Orlando, Long Island, or Fulton, MD as needed
Assist with the staging and integration of IT hardware
Rack, stack, cable, and configure network and server gear
Perform basic configuration tasks, firmware/OS upgrades, and system testing
Collaborate with senior techs and leadership in a supportive, learning-focused environment
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and documentation protocols
Support broader integration projects as part of an “incubation center” for developing technical talent
