Most Important:

• 5+ years as Technical Analyst supporting Oracle Applications 
• Experience with ERP Systems, Oracle, SQL, etc. 

Responsibilities

• Documentation of process, procedure, and system/application configuration.
• Collects feedback from users on application performance and escalates moderate to complex critical performance issues
• Helps in the design, development, and testing of complex applications .
• Studies and validates network architecture by developing and completing usability test plans. Recommends upgrades.
• Evaluates and reports network status to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Systems or Business Analyst 
• Expert with Oracle Applications, SQL, Microsoft Suite, Oracle Databases 
• Experience with wide area networking and Internet Service provider management
• Experience working with Technical and Non-Technical Teams 
• BS or MS in Technology is preferred
