Location: REMOTE (Toronto, Canada)
Salary: $115,000 – $135,000 CAD

Most Important:

  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing cloud architecture solutions on major platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).

  • Strong understanding of DevOps & CI/CD principles and tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

  • Architect-level proficiency in one or more languages such as Java, C# (C-Sharp), JavaScript, PHP.

  • Understanding of security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and best practices. (IAM, Zero Trust Framework)

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to gather and translate business, workflow, and technical requirements into architectural solutions.

  • Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore).

  • Exceptional written and verbal skills, including experience presenting to senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of development experience

  • 5 years of project leadership/architecture experience

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagement and requirements analysis to inform cloud-native architecture design Oversee technical delivery across hybrid teams and guide secure, scalable solution implementation

  • Author and present SOWs; create and maintain technical documentation and POCs

  • Ensure governance, compliance, and high availability through DevOps practices and CI/CD automation

  • Identify strategic opportunities during engagements to drive innovation and commercial growth

  • Translate business needs into holistic solutions across App Modernization, Data & AI, and Security

  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor across initiatives
