Salary: $75,000 – $95,000

Most Important:
Strong communication skills — must be able to clearly explain technical concepts and experience
2–4 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and testing complex software solutions
Proficiency with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and microservices in AWS or other cloud environments
Experience building robust and scalable RESTful APIs
Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals — object oriented analysis and design, data structures, algorithms, and problem/solution fit
Familiar with full system lifecycle, including DevOps, CI/CD, Security, Configuration Management, and support
Experience using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Comfortable working with technologies like graph databases, pub/sub, and event streaming tools
Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and services
Huge Plus:
Background or experience in Wireless OSS or Inventory Management systems
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to take ownership of projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, especially in cloud-based environments
Understanding of agile development methodologies and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test both front-end and back-end components using Java, Spring, and AWS services
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to plan, deliver, and support complex software solutions
Contribute to technical design discussions and promote best practices in code quality, performance, and security
Support CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain seamless integration across multiple teams
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development lifecycle
