Most Important:

6+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce
Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and legacy platforms
Strong debugging, system optimization, and performance tuning skills for always-on environments
Comfortable translating business needs into scalable, reliable CRM features and workflows

Qualifications:

Deep knowledge of Salesforce development, including Apex triggers/classes and Lightning components
Proficient with REST/SOAP APIs and common frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in Agile teams
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I) strongly preferred
Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Jira, VS Code, and deployment platforms like Copado

Responsibilities:

Design and implement custom Salesforce features to meet evolving business needs
Lead technical efforts on CRM projects, including data model design, integrations, and automation
Work closely with stakeholders to define solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives
Maintain and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
Mentor team members and contribute to Agile ceremonies and best practices
