Most Important:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce
  • Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and legacy platforms
  • Strong debugging, system optimization, and performance tuning skills for always-on environments
  • Comfortable translating business needs into scalable, reliable CRM features and workflows

Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce development, including Apex triggers/classes and Lightning components
  • Proficient with REST/SOAP APIs and common frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in Agile teams
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Jira, VS Code, and deployment platforms like Copado

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement custom Salesforce features to meet evolving business needs
  • Lead technical efforts on CRM projects, including data model design, integrations, and automation
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Maintain and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
  • Mentor team members and contribute to Agile ceremonies and best practices
