Most Important:
8–10+ years enterprise infrastructure experience
5+ years cloud infrastructure design and automation (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Deep expertise with Terraform (modules, state management, CI/CD integration)
Experience with infrastructure automation using tools such as Ansible, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM, compute, storage, and security best practices
Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows Server administration
Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) and hybrid connectivity (Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, VPN, SD-WAN)
Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and client communication skills
Preferred: Kubernetes, Docker, policy-as-code (Sentinel or OPA/Rego), scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Terraform)
BS in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and automate secure, scalable cloud architectures
Develop and maintain Terraform-based Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks
Lead execution of cloud and data center migration initiatives
Automate deployment and operational workflows to improve reliability and efficiency
Optimize cloud environments for performance, scalability, and cost
Enforce cloud security, compliance, and operational best practices
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to reusable templates and automation assets
Collaborate with architects, PMs, and clients to deliver enterprise-grade cloud solutions
