Most Important:
9+ years of experience building and managing scalable, cloud-native infrastructure, preferably on AWS
Deep understanding of DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and configuration management systems (e.g., Chef, SaltStack)
Strong scripting and programming abilities (e.g., Bash, Python, Node.js) with a focus on performance, monitoring, and operational stability
Proven experience deploying resilient systems in distributed environments, with expertise in system tuning, fault tolerance, and proactive monitoring
Qualifications:
Strong grasp of virtualization, containerization, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Demonstrated success leading infrastructure projects, from design to implementation, in Agile environments
Familiarity with infrastructure as code, system observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, New Relic), and cloud cost optimization strategies
Effective communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure and automation solutions to support business-critical systems
Lead efforts in performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of cloud-based applications and services
Work cross-functionally to improve deployment workflows, reliability, and cost efficiency of cloud resources
Mentor team members and help define best practices for DevOps and cloud operations
Continuously assess and enhance infrastructure to ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence
