Requirements:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or search firm environment
Proven track record of placements and consistent performance
College Degree (Preferred but not required)
Have a love for people and building long-lasting relationships
Eager to build a career, not just find another job
Understanding of Gmail and/or Outlook and other MS products
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search methodology
Have an insatiable thirst to be successful, drive to be the best, and motivation to make it all happen
