We are currently looking for a Program Manager at a non-profit organization.

Location: San Francisco (hybrid, 2-4 times per week)
Salary: $60-75k

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized, efficient, and hardworking
  • Skilled in working with teams and managing activities
  • Capable of handling multiple programs simultaneously
  • Experienced in engaging with diverse and BIPOC stakeholders of various ages, ethnicities, and language preferences
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Dropbox, and Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce, ChatGPT, and Squarespace preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese is a plus, but not required
  • Hybrid position: must have a car and be on-site times per week, including Saturdays from 7 am to 1 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to achieve program objectives
  • Ensure that program deliverables are met
  • Prepare progress reports and submit monthly invoices to funders for reimbursement
  • Represent the non-profit at events 
  • Oversee and manage assignments for high school and college interns
  • Work with youth group students from grade 2-6 on a weekly basis
  • Participate in social media meetings to provide input on posts and images
  • Capture and document activities, programs, and events through photography
  • Recruit partners, interns, and volunteer groups
  • Maintain and organize files using Salesforce, Google Drive, and Dropbox
  • Help recruit speakers for monthly presentations at the farm (e.g., voter education, public health, safety)
  • Support communication and development efforts (e.g., newsletters, event coordination)
  • Perform other duties as assigned
