Most Important:

  • Must be local!
  • 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
  • Experience in Design Thinking and Agile Framework methodologies, and working cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Proficiency in design principles and technical skills including visual design, color theory, interactive design, responsive design, information architecture, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Good understanding of design systems, usability principles, and user-centered design approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills with capacity to clearly express design concepts and decisions.
  • Compelling portfolio demonstrating your design expertise, user-centered approach, and innovative thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of digital products, and contributing to the overall success of those products, by combining strategy with a focus on user-centric design.
  • Work with product managers and cross-functional teams to understand user needs, strategize innovative solutions, and create designs that are visually appealing.
  • Part of the product management and design team, utilizing agile and lean methodologies to expedite the development of omnichannel and seamless user experiences across a varied range of businesses.
      • Collaborate with Product Managers to align design strategies with business goals and user needs.
      • Convert high-level goals into actionable design plans- engage in design thinking workshops to generate innovative ideas and draft creative design concepts that focus on resolving user challenges and elevate the overall user experience.
      • Perform user research and utilize insights from Marketing, Voice of Customer, and Customer Insights teams to guide design decisions.
      • Advocate for users throughout design process, by creating visually engaging designs that mirror the brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
      • Develop graphics, icons and visual elements that boost user engagement.
      • Participate in establishing and maintaining a design system that guarantees consistency and effectiveness across products, while creating design principles that promote a seamless user experience.
      • Construct interactive prototypes demonstrating design ideas and user flows.
      • Perform usability tests to collect feedback and refine designs using insights from users.
      • Work closely with development teams to guarantee successful execution of design solutions.
      • Provide assets, specifications, and guidelines during development phase.
