Salary: $80,000 – $110,000

Most Important:

  • Must have a technical background, you will be a technical consultant for clients.
  • As the customer liaison, you must have great communication and customer facing experience!
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, IT Project Manager, or IT Manager
  • Net+ certified, MCP, MCA, MCSE, Cloud, and Firewall
  • Proficient in IT managed services, IT project engineering, and technical sales, with management experience in a technical environment
  • Strong understanding of general IT operations and service management
  • Expertise in risk mitigation, security, web technologies, routing, Exchange, Active Directory, and server management
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, email and server migration, VPN technologies, data migration, systems integration, VMware, and Hyper-V

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive quarterly consultations with IT clients at the highest technical levels.
  • Provide technical recommendations during the initial sales process, presenting the components of the Maturity Model and assisting with the development of a technology roadmap.
  • Collaborate with other Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to support our clients in a team environment.
  • Design, write, and develop scopes of work for IT applications and hardware installations.
  • Facilitate meetings and strategic planning sessions with current clients to enhance satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
  • Train, develop, and guide IT Engineers supporting hundreds of Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Foster and maintain a 'trusted advisor' relationship with the IT service desk, sales teams, and clients.
  • Continuously develop and deepen knowledge of key vertical market trends, regulations, and compliance requirements, as well as overall IT and industry knowledge.
