Strong background in Windows Server and Microsoft enterprise platforms (Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Hyper-V, SQL)
Must have or be pursuing relevant IT certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCP, MCITP, MCA)
Qualifications:
3+ years in systems administration or infrastructure support roles
Experience managing on-premise and cloud-based environments
Skilled with server setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Knowledge of Group Policy, Intune, M365, and Azure resources
Excellent documentation and multitasking abilities
Responsibilities:
Administer and support Windows servers (2012R2–2025) in physical and virtual (Hyper-V) environments
Manage and build Azure cloud resources to support scalable, high-availability systems
Oversee M365, Exchange, and Entra ID in hybrid environments
Collaborate with internal security and endpoint protection teams to maintain system health and compliance
Create and maintain Group Policy/Intune configurations
Document procedures, train internal users, and mentor Tier 1–2 support staff
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues efficiently
