Must have skills:
2-4 years of hands-on IT support or field deployment experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, iOS, and basic networking
Experience working with ticketing systems (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, etc.)
Knowledgeable in cybersecurity principles and IT compliance
Proven ability to enable and manage multifactor authentication
Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor with all levels, including executives
Team-player mindset, quick learner, and adaptable to rapidly changing technology environments
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and deploy desktops, laptops (Windows/macOS), iPhones, and other endpoint devices
Handle on-site break/fix support in the warehouse, shop, and user workstations
Provision and manage user access: Google Workspace accounts, group assignments, and multifactor authentication
Monitor and enforce web filtering, email hardening, and basic cybersecurity controls
Log, prioritize, and resolve support tickets in Jira; author and update documentation in Confluence
Coordinate with vendors on Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control, network cabling, and hardware rollouts
Provide on-site technical support during depot openings, upgrades, and incident response
