Location: Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin Type: Contract-to-Hire Salary Upon Conversion: $30-33/hr Sponsorship Available: No – Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Most Important:
5–7 years of IT experience (technical support, IT operations, or systems administration)
Provide onsite Level 1–2 support for hardware, software, applications, and network issues
Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and proactively address IT issues
Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs
Coordinate with enterprise IT teams on incidents, projects, and deployments
Act as the primary IT point of contact for site leadership and business users
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and access control policies
Support audits, access reviews, and compliance documentation
Coordinate vendor support and third-party service delivery
Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives
Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset records, and service metrics
Support end-user training, security awareness, and best practices
