Salary: $150,000–$175,000 OTE (base + bonus)

About the Role: This executive leadership role oversees a large, multi-division service organization, driving operational performance, team development, and customer satisfaction. The VP of Service leads a distributed team across multiple locations, balancing strategic leadership with operational execution.

Most Important:

  • Strong career progression and tenure with demonstrated growth
  • 5+ years of experience leading large service organizations
  • Proven leadership experience building, scaling, and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience managing P&L, operational costs, and workforce planning
  • Ability to implement processes that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Strong experience driving KPI adoption and performance accountability
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Industry experience in copier/printer service is a strong plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-division service organization across multiple locations and teams
  • Develop and mentor service managers, supervisors, and technical staff
  • Build organizational bench strength and succession planning strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Oversee P&L performance, cost management, and service delivery metrics
  • Establish and refine processes, procedures, and service standards
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and performance improvements
  • Champion a customer-first culture across the service organization
  • Partner closely with sales leadership on account growth and retention strategies
  • Participate in executive-level strategic planning and decision-making
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and communicate vision effectively
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners
