Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst supporting ERP systems or enterprise-level supply chain platforms.
Strong understanding of full lifecycle supply chain functions including demand planning, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, and order fulfillment.
Practical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including system configuration.
Knowledge of Oracle Modern Best Practices and integrated supply chain workflows.
Demonstrated ability to gather complex requirements and translate them into scalable functional ERP solutions.
Solid experience with system configuration, validation testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving ERP environment.
Responsibilities:
Act as the lead functional liaison for Supply Chain teams regarding Oracle Fusion ERP initiatives and support needs.
Assess, document, and manage detailed supply chain processes, workflows, and business requirements.
Convert business needs into functional specifications and execute hands-on configuration within Oracle Fusion SCM.
Advise stakeholders on system functionality, configuration options, and process improvements aligned with Oracle best practices.
Identify efficiencies, automation opportunities, and enhancements to improve system performance and operational effectiveness.
Work with business partners to define and monitor key supply chain KPIs such as forecast performance, inventory turnover, order cycle times, and cost metrics.
Drive functional workstreams for ERP rollouts, system upgrades, and enhancements, including supporting testing and go-live activities.
Plan and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creating test cases and validating end-to-end business scenarios.
Provide high-level functional support for ERP-related issues and escalate complex matters when appropriate.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation including process diagrams, configuration records, functional design documents, and training materials.
Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing knowledge transfer to end users and subject matter experts.
Coordinate with IT teams, external partners, and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
