Most Important:
3+ years of demonstrated success closing enterprise software deals, consistently exceeding sales targets.
Proven track record managing Public Sector accounts, with a focus on state, local, and education (SLED) environments.
Deep understanding of observability and security solutions, as well as technology-as-a-service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Qualifications:
Served as primary account manager or team leader for globally federated enterprises, coordinating cross-business-unit initiatives and influencing governance and policy.
Hands-on experience managing Public Sector accounts, with a focus on state, local, and education (SLED) procurement and compliance.
Extensive track record driving adoption and expansion in large global accounts with C-level engagement.
Proven ability to negotiate multi-year, global contracts and lead high-stakes deal discussions.
Consultative, trusted-advisor approach that quickly establishes credibility with senior executives and aligns on strategic objectives.
Strong business acumen and consulting expertise in complex IT environments, leveraging partner networks and hyperscale ecosystems.
Broad knowledge of the IT ecosystem within large, global enterprises, enabling seamless navigation across functions and geographies.
Responsibilities:
Drive global growth and adoption of the observability and security platform across assigned enterprise accounts.
Partner with regional sales, support, and services teams to execute a full-cycle land, adopt, and expand strategy that maximizes annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Develop and co-own 2- to 3-year strategic roadmaps aligned with customers’ corporate and cloud transformation goals.
Build comprehensive account plans with prioritized, value-driven initiatives in close collaboration with customer stakeholders.
Map, engage, and align executive sponsors and key decision-makers to secure ongoing C-level advocacy.
Leverage the full ecosystem—services, support, partners, and hyperscale platforms—to innovate and expand your footprint.
Cultivate and sustain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives.
Influence and lead cross-functional, virtual teams spanning geographies, business units, and technical disciplines to deliver on account objectives.
Measure success through expanded platform usage, ARR growth, and strengthened executive engagement.
