Most Important:
10–15+ years of experience in software engineering and application architecture
Deep experience architecting and building full applications, particularly those using React at scale
Must be able to get hands-on and dive into technical details, not just high-level architecture
Strong understanding of front-end performance, design systems, and full-stack application design
Proven ability to lead technical direction across projects and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications:
Has successfully architected large, complex applications from scratch using React and modern frameworks
Can work across the stack and support backend integration, API design, and performance optimization
Experience leading development teams or mentoring engineers as a technical leader
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where problem-solving is key
Knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, Git-based workflows, and scalable web infrastructure
Experience with tools like Angular, Node.js, or other stacks is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into scalable solutions
Ensure quality, scalability, and security of web applications and digital platforms
Help guide engineering best practices and mentor developers on technical implementation
Be a strategic thought partner — not just a builder, but a driver of business outcomes through technology
