Most Important:
5+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in higher ed or corporate training
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of instructional formats and modalities
Clear and effective English communication skills to collaborate efficiently with the team
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in higher ed or corporate training
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of instructional formats and modalities such as online branching simulations, In-person role-play scenarios, multimedia storyboards, flashcards and robust assessments
Demonstrated ability to design complex learning experiences from concept to storyboard/prototype
Proficiency with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and/or Figma
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Bonus / Nice to Have: Experience designing instructional content for Python programming courses (e.g., curriculum design, coding challenges, tutorials, or project-based lessons)

Design and develop exemplar learning experiences in the following formats:
Online branching simulations
In-person role-play scenarios
Multimedia storyboards
Flashcards
Robust assessments
