At least 5-7 years of experience leading technical teams with 5-10 direct reports, ideally in a full-stack or enterprise software development environment.
Proven experience in managing software development projects, including budget oversight, timeline management, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:
At least 5-7 years of experience leading technical teams with 5-10 direct reports, ideally in a full-stack or enterprise software development environment.
Proven experience in managing software development projects, including budget oversight, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
Solid understanding of the technologies involved in the project (Java, Angular, Full Stack development, Salesforce, Microservices, Cloud Platforms). Hands-on experience is not required, but a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the project is essential.
Able to work autonomously and with little direction

Responsibilities:

Oversee a cross-functional team of 9 engineers, including Fullstack, Java, Angular, and Salesforce specialists.
Manage project timelines, scope, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery within project milestones and deadlines.
Support team members' professional growth and foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Ensure ongoing skill development and provide mentorship and coaching where needed.
Do agile work flows and daily scrums, etc.
