Responsibilities
Understand what type of candidates will fill the client’s needs and then carry out sourcing strategies to find candidates
Help people and organizations grow, reach their desired potential, and have more fulfillment along the way
If you don’t have any recruiting experience – but you want to give it a try, don’t be shy and apply
Candidate outreach volume! Deliver 75+ outbound outreach through each available avenue including cold calls, emails, texts, LinkedIn Messages, etc. per day
Soft Skills
Strong interpersonal skills – Ability to collaborate internally and externally with candidates, account managers, and hiring managers on a daily basis
Thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment where thinking outside the box and being solution-oriented are the core keys to success
