Salary: $160,000 – $200,000

Most Important:

  • 15+ years experience
  • Comes from Gaming, Fantasy Sports, Gambling type of background.

Qualifications:

  • Someone who knows what they're doing and graduated top of their class
  • Together, we'll do great things in a rare non competitive, software driven, music related industry
  • Great timing, knowing when to embrace new technology and/or when to upgrade certain products or parameters within the company
  • Expert Software Engineering, game development, etc.
  • Talent Scouting + Management
  • Advanced Game Development Knowledge
  • Implement Aggressive Business Strategies
  • Great Verbal & Written Communication Skills
  • Education: College degree in business development / software engineering

Responsibilities:

  • CTO will be in charge of assembling an incredible team
  • Providing tools for your team to excel with, constantly looking for ways to provide new aid to your team
  • Be several years ahead of your team in terms of technical development and ideas
  • Set up meetings with venture capitalists for our initial seed funding using pitch deck / prototype
  • Use new funding to reinvest into company
  • Test different variations of new website, and continue monitoring and making new updates
