Salary: $90,000- $120,000 DOE

Most Important:

  • CPA/CISA/CIA preferred with 3+ years of experience.

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field


  • The ideal person will have either public accounting or combination of public & industry (public company) internal audit experience, at the manager level

  • Understanding of internal control concepts and familiarity with SOX is required

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex situations into workable solutions to present to Management of all levels.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as demonstrated success in making presentations to Management and the ability to persuade to a point of view.

  • Ability to interface with others across all levels of the organization.


  • responsible for performing an internal audit review from end to end, performing audits from scratch, understanding what risks are, identifying what the controls are, data analyst 

  • Provide corporate management with appropriate information and recommendations on improvements to the effectiveness and efficiency of the control environment.

  • Responsible for staying abreast of changes in SOX regulations and providing continuous improvement to the effectiveness and efficiency of the SOX program.

  • Assist with the planning and implementation of the internal audit initiative.

  • Assist in the execution of the risk-based internal audit
