Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

Most Important:
Full-cycle AR, AP, and Cash management experience
Non-Profit or Service industry experience , experience with non-profit or investment accounting preferred
Experience with Advanced Excel, NetSuite, Salesforce
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar degree required. CPA is a plus.
4 – 6 years of professional accounting/finance experience. (Experience working with non-profits is a plus.)
Solid understanding of GAAP in practice.
Strong decision making, planning, problem solving, and multi tasking skills required
Team player who is proactive and comfortable communicating with people at different levels within the organization.
Experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP/Netsuite is a plus.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Perform monthly close activities including account reconciliations, flux analyses and preparation of journal entries.
Monitor cash management
Prepare and assist with the audit of statutory financial statements.
Reconciliation of balance sheets, recording and documentation of P&L
Monthly reconciliations and recording activities in journal entries
Work closely with external auditors during interim and year end audit engagements.
Continuously improve business processes, systems, and enhance documentation and controls.
