Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

Most Important:

  • Full-cycle AR, AP, and Cash management experience

  • Non-Profit or Service industry experience , experience with non-profit or investment accounting preferred

  • Experience with Advanced Excel, NetSuite, Salesforce



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar degree required. CPA is a plus.

  • 4 – 6 years of professional accounting/finance experience. (Experience working with non-profits is a plus.)

  • Solid understanding of GAAP in practice.

  • Strong decision making, planning, problem solving, and multi tasking skills required

  • Team player who is proactive and comfortable communicating with people at different levels within the organization.

  • Experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP/Netsuite is a plus.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines.


  • Perform monthly close activities including account reconciliations, flux analyses and preparation of journal entries.

  • Monitor cash management

  • Prepare and assist with the audit of statutory financial statements.

  • Reconciliation of balance sheets, recording and documentation of P&L

  • Monthly reconciliations and recording activities in journal entries

  • Work closely with external auditors during interim and year end audit engagements.

  • Continuously improve business processes, systems, and enhance documentation and controls.
