Must have Digital Health, Big Health, Health Insurance Sales experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university
Capable of working independently to manage day-to-day tasks
Advanced user type understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 & Suites: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Familiarity with an ERP solution (i.e
SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, etc.)
Creativity in approaching complex challenges and problems
Ability to work effectively with team members who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines and communication styles
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; written and oral communication
Ability to handle a multitude of different situations; sometimes simultaneously
Strong organizational and time-management skills, including ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Humble and willing to seek knowledge without hesitation
Responsibilities:
The Regional Sales Manager role is responsible for the sale of the organization’s products in a specified region or major geographical area and provides ongoing support both to direct accounts and to distribution channels
Prospects to find new accounts within the designated sales territory
Manages direct accounts to maintain and increase business volumes and profitability
Assists Authorized Distributor sales personnel with organizational skills, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets
Becomes actively involved in a new reseller’s sales orientation and sales training programs
Acts as a resource to resellers in contract opportunities and proposals
Assists resellers with contract negotiations, closing the sale and developing marketing plans for contract accounts
Assists with the planning of sales exhibits
Attends trade shows
Participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs
Keeps informed of new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers
