Location: On-Site Sunny Isles, FL
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000
Benefits: Full Benefits, 401k Match, etc.

Most Important:

• 3+ years as a Property Accountant 
• Retail shopping center experience

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of property accounting experience
• BA/BS in Accounting or related field
• Experience with retail shopping centers
• Experience with CAM reconciliations and OPEX billing

Responsibilities 

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office with a high level of ability with Excel functions, shortcuts and formulas
• Work closely with our Finance Managers to assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to write memos and reports and interact orally with internal and external clients
• Ensure that all tenant accounts and vendor payments are properly coded prior to payment, keeping all accounts accurate and in good standing.
