We are currently looking for a Property Accountant.

Location: On-Site Los Angeles, CA 
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
Benefits: Full Benefits, 401k Match, etc. 
Type: Full Time, Direct Hire

Most Important:

• 3+ years as a Revenue/Property Accountant 
• Experience with Yardi or AppFolio 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience
• BA/BS in Accounting or related field
• Experience with Property Accounting 
• Experience with Real Estate. Reconciliation, Accounting Software, Etc.

Responsibilities 

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office with a high level of ability with Excel functions, shortcuts and formulas
• Strong focus on customer interaction and satisfaction; ability to maintain and establish effective relationships with internal and external customers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to write memos and reports and interact orally with internal and external clients
• Support month-end and year-end close tasks related to billings, collections, and revenue recognition
