Most Important:
Prior experience working on a retention or churn team
Strong business strategy experience
Responsibilities:
Drive the overall strategy on what customers should be engaged with and why
Create business cases to show why and what needs to be tested and what the financial impact would be
Think outside the box and help develop an infrastructure on how to measure the program and overall impact in regards to communication strategies
Must have skills:
5+ years of relevant experience working within a retention team
Great problem solver. Strong business strategy experience, measuring frameworks, and generating key insights to what customers they need to be focused on
Strong business case development experience. Experience measuring impact on what offers should be sent out and what the financials of that look like
Experience working for a subscription media product in the past
