Most Important:

  • Prior experience working on a retention or churn team
  • Strong business strategy experience


  • Drive the overall strategy on what customers should be engaged with and why
  • Create business cases to show why and what needs to be tested and what the financial impact would be
  • Think outside the box and help develop an infrastructure on how to measure the program and overall impact in regards to communication strategies

Must have skills:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience working within a retention team
  • Great problem solver. Strong business strategy experience, measuring frameworks, and generating key insights to what customers they need to be focused on
  • Strong business case development experience. Experience measuring impact on what offers should be sent out and what the financials of that look like
  • Experience working for a subscription media product in the past
