Job Description:
Maintain company websites, email databases, and advertising campaigns.
Create and manage monthly social media and email calendars that are aligned with company goals.
Work with the President and plan for short and long-term company goals.
Provide reporting to assess results from ad spend and marketing efforts.
Continuous market research and competitive analyses.
Keep up to date with new technology and marketing strategies.
Actively analyze and improve the customer journey.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or a related field
At least 2 years of experience as a marketing professional in the healthcare industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign (Photoshop and Illustrator a plus)
Ability to effectively set priorities while juggling multiple deadlines, maintaining composure under pressure
Experience facilitating and documenting initiative discussions and leading proposal kick-off meetings
Exceptional understanding of demand generation, content marketing, email marketing, social media and events
