Most Important:
3-5+ years Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience to start a career and then transition into software development. Experience bringing disparate systems (IT and OT) together.
Experience as a technical or senior lead. Ability to run a team of engineers while driving strategic vision of organization towards completion of goals and initiatives.
Domain experience in controls systems, engineering analysis, and test-driven development (TDD)
Qualifications:
Controls, automation, process, testing
PLC and Ladder Logic experience
Industrial apps and software testing/integration
Some Unreal/Unity exposure/experience
Exp writing code, debugging PLC code, and fixing it
C# expert
Responsibilities:
Virtually commissioning of project before build. Connect to PLC, test/debug/fix and retest in a virtual environment. Reduce Risk of setbacks and delays in the field during physical build.
Manage/Lead team of developers
Juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Report to Executive leaders status of ongoing projects
Coordinate with vendors to execute and hold accountable timelines
