Most Important:
5+ years in data analytics and 2+ years in management or team leadership
Proven success building and scaling analytics operations
Proficient with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and Azure Data Tools
Strong communicator with ability to translate complex data into clear insights
Qualifications:
Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field
Skilled in data modeling, visualization, and performance reporting
Experience defining and tracking KPIs, metrics, and dashboards
Strong understanding of data governance, management, and quality control
Hands-on experience with predictive modeling and trend analysis
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a data analytics team delivering organizational insights
Develop dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support decision-making
Identify trends, visualize data, and present findings to senior leadership
Oversee data integrity, accuracy, and governance initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data systems and workflows
