Salary:  $100,000 - $130,000

Most Important:

  • Build, maintain and automate data models and reporting that support key business decisions.
  • Derive actionable insights based on quantitative and qualitative research to understand opportunities and identify gaps. Further, use this research to help grow and optimize the business through deep-dive analysis on large data sets.

  • Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data.
  • Compile and analyze data related to business' issues.
  • Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion.
  • Design, automate, and optimize pipelines, dashboards, and insight delivery methods.
  • Support ideation of new features and business initiatives from beginning to end by evaluating potential impact, implementing new tracking, and performing post analysis.

Must have skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience.
  • 1 - 2 years Data Analysis experience.
  • Mastery of SQL (PostgreSQL a plus).
  • Proven Excel skillset.
  • A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and you're willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility.
