Contract w/ potential to hire
- Churn analytics experience
- Subscription company experience
- Strong written and verbal
Must have skills:
- Look through customer data to figure out ways to proactively keep subscribers happy
- Understanding the customer base- figure out what offers can we give to keep customers engaged? How can we predict what incentives customers need to stay a subscriber before they think about leaving?

- Extensive experience with churn analytics to understand the impacts on subscribers
- Coming from a subscription based company
- Strong customer analytical chops- experience w/ strategic framing and asking questions
- Proficient w/ excel
- Great verbal and written skills
