Location: Fully REMOTE (Prefer west coast)
Salary: $150,000 - $215,000
Benefits: Full benefits

Most Important:

• 6yrs exp. as Dev & 2yr exp in mgmt.
• Strong security engineering experience & system security 

Responsibilities:

• Coach engineers and build your team
• Ensure your team uses best practices
• Participate in reviews and collaborate with other key members of the company
• Make sure your team is productive
• Audit and tune the configuration of systems owned by other engineering teams

Must have skills:

• Experience with driving security initiatives
• Experience with hardware security, cryptography, vulnerability mgmt, etc. 
• Know how to hire and train a engineering team
• Must be comfortable with all aspects of engineering - hands on 50% of the time
• Unwavering commitment to operational security and best practices
